AI Fluent.

Twelve modules on AI for wedding professionals. No email required. No login. No upsell at the end. Just the course.

What this is

AI literacy, built for the actual job.

Most AI courses are written for people who do not yet have a business to protect. AI Fluent is the other kind: written for wedding professionals who already have a voice, a client relationship, and a reputation they are not willing to hand to a chatbot.

Each module is specific. You will not hear the word transformative once. What you will get is a clear answer to the question: does this tool help my business, and if so, how do I actually use it without losing what makes my business mine.

Course modules

Twelve modules, start anywhere.

They are designed to be taken in order, but each stands alone if you already know the earlier material. Module 00 is a short intro — good for anyone who feels behind before they start.

00

You're Not Behind

Quiz

Four short lessons on why AI feels overwhelming, what this course is and is not, and what 'enough understanding' actually means for someone who is not technical. Includes the AI Confusion Bingo quiz — a good way to see where you actually stand before you start.

01

What AI Actually Is (In the Real World)

QuizWorksheet

Seven lessons cutting through the noise: AI in movies vs the AI you are actually using, what a model is, the difference between training and using a model, why models do not continuously update, why AI does not actually think, and why it cannot remember. Includes an 'AI in Plain English' one-pager.

02

How AI Produces Answers (And Why It Behaves Strangely)

QuizWorksheet

Five lessons on the mechanics behind AI's behaviour: tokens, probability and why AI sounds confident even when wrong, context windows and why AI loses the plot, hallucinations and what is actually happening, and why better prompts work. Includes a 'Why AI Behaves Strangely' one-pager.

03

The AI Landscape (So Things Stop Sounding Random)

QuizWorksheet

Six lessons on how the AI world is structured: the stack and why people mix its layers, models vs tools vs your experience, the major players without allegiance, why acronyms multiply, and what is core versus optional. Includes a Major Stacks Cheat Sheet and 'The AI Map' one-pager.

04

Acronyms Without Panic

Worksheet

Four lessons on the 20 acronyms and terms you will encounter constantly — at recognition level, not engineering level. Includes a triage system (model, technique, or product?) so you can place any new term you encounter. Includes an 'Acronyms Without Panic' one-pager.

05

When to Use AI vs Code vs Humans vs Nothing

Worksheet

Five lessons on the decision most people skip: what AI is genuinely good at and why, where it quietly fails even when it sounds confident, what code is and where AI fits with it, and when 'nothing' is the correct answer. Includes a 'When to Use AI' one-pager.

06

Choosing an AI Model or Tool (Without Loyalty or Stress)

Worksheet

Seven lessons on evaluating and selecting tools without getting caught in product tribalism: the five axes that actually matter, why new versions sometimes feel worse, calm tool switching, and a practical rundown of the major players today. Includes a 'Choosing AI Calmly' one-pager.

07

Agents, Automation, and AI Talking to AI

QuizWorksheet

Seven lessons on the next layer of AI: what agents actually are, how they differ from chat, what A2A and automation mean in practice, when agents make sense, and — importantly — when you do not need them yet. Includes an 'Agents Without the Panic' one-pager.

08

Building AI Skill (Without Becoming Technical)

QuizWorksheet

Seven lessons on developing genuine competence: why skill is not about prompts at first, context as the core skill, why iteration is not failure, knowing when AI is guessing, and prompt writing basics without tricks. Includes a 'Building AI Skill' one-pager.

09

Why AI Feels So Good to Talk To (And Why That Matters)

Worksheet

Six lessons on what is actually happening when AI feels supportive: how it is optimised to continue the conversation, why it mirrors your ideas and rarely pushes back, the subtle risk of accelerated confidence, and how to reintroduce critical distance without losing the benefits. Includes a 'Why AI Feels Supportive' one-pager.

10

Following AI News & Podcasts Without Losing Perspective

Worksheet

Seven lessons on navigating the noise: why AI news always sounds urgent, separating research from products from reality, why podcasts sound smarter than headlines, red flags for overreach, and what to ignore on purpose. Includes a 'Following AI News Calmly' one-pager.

11

Putting It All Together: Calm, Competent AI Use

The capstone. A framework for staying calibrated as AI keeps moving, built from everything across the course. Not a summary — a perspective for the long run.

Glossary

Every term from across the course in one place. Reference it when you encounter a word you have forgotten, or something from the news you want to place.

About the instructor

Isadora Martin-Dye.

Isadora runs Rixey Manor, a 200-year-old wedding venue in Virginia, and built three AI products on top of running it. AI Fluent grew out of the gaps in AI literacy she kept running into from wedding professionals she works with — people who were curious but had no reliable place to start.

She is not an AI researcher. She is a venue operator who builds her own software, which is a different and more useful vantage point for a course like this.
